How It Works

Online -- Browse online, add to your cart and select "Free Local Delivery". Choose a preferred day and time, and we'll contact you to narrow down the time further before dispatching the order.

Phone -- Call 415-459-3334 between 10AM-3PM daily, place your order, provide payment (card), and we'll deliver to your door.

Important Notes

• All payments are electronic, including home delivery. No cash or checks. Pay online when ordering, or with credit card by phone before we deliver.
• When delivering we will maintain the strictest social distancing practices.
• Only outside drop-offs when delivering.
• For bikes we will meet outside and orient you on operation, wipe down, and hand over your new ride.
• No try-ons of clothing or personal goods.
• Returns must be done in store, not via delivery service.
