      David,

You can drop by between 10AM-3PM daily and staff can take a look at it and provide an estimate on the work and turnaround. Then you could decide on that versus a new bike.

You also could call or email us for an appointment, but dropping by during our open hours 10-3 is perfectly fine. Because of how we’re set up right now, appointments don’t really help jump any queue outside, if there is one, sorry :)

Thanks we hope to see you soon!

I’m looking to get my sons Trek mountain bike serviced. Its not changing gears well and I believe its not going into all of the gear.

Do I need an appointment or can i just drop off?
How long will the service take?
Lastly is there a way to get an estimate on what it might cost? If its going to be pricey we may consider a new bike.

      Thank you
      Dave
